Provide an opportunity for classmates of Ranger 14-68 to gather at Fort Benning to enjoy camaraderie with Ranger Buddies and classmates, and to recognize the ultimate sacrifice members of our class made in Vietnam and Korea; to demonstrate Ranger alumni support of US Army Rangers; and to promote interest and support of the National Infantry Museum and the US Army Ranger Association.
Wednesday, September 22 Arrival at Columbus, check in at Ranger Base (Suburban Inn), 3662 Victory Drive, Columbus, GA 31903. Cookout with refreshments at the Inn beginning at 1800.
Thursday, September 23 (All Day) - Optional arrival day.
(Morning) Self directed activities in Columbus, and Fort Benning, and shop at Ranger Joes (now on Victory Drive).
(Afternoon) Red Cloud Range - Familiarization and live fire of current Infantry weapons & weapons systems [pending coordination]
(Evening) Dinner - individually arranged. 1900HRS: Rally at Ranger Base (Suburban Inn) - Refreshments at Pavilion.
Friday, September 24
(Morning) Ranger Class Graduation at Victory Pond with seating reserved for reunion attendees.
0830-0915 Command Briefing at RTB HQs
1000-1145 Rangers In Action/Graduation
1230-1430 Lunch at the RTB DFAC and tour Ranger Hall of Fame
(Afternoon) Dedication ceremony for fallen comrades at Ranger Memorial
(Evening) Dinner, group or individually organized at restaurant of choice
Saturday, September 25
(Morning) Guided tour of the National Infantry Museum & lunch at museum
(Afternoon) Continue museum tour and explore Fort Benning at own pace
(Evening) Cook out hosted by Carl Savory at his place
Sunday, September 26 - Attend Chapel of Choice & Farewells
